Do I need to be on WiFi to read the magazine?
- The magazine can be read offline, but depending on your cellular carrier, you may need to be on WiFi to download a full issue due to the size
- Also note that slideshows & videos are linked to internet-files, so they'll only work when you're online
I can't seem to download the full issue, why?
- The most common reason to see 'Connecting' for more than a few seconds is trying to download on cellular data. Please connect to wifi to download a full issue.
I subscribed, but the full issue still says "Purchase"
- First try pressing the Refresh button on the top left of the screen. If that doesn't show you a Download button for your issue, kill & relaunch the app, that should do the trick.
How do I get the new issue if I've already subscribed?
- Simple click Subcscribe, then Restore Purchases. Also, if you press the Buy button you will not be charged since you already have a subscription.
How long is my subscription good for?
- Your subscription will auto-renew every 12 months until you cancel. With an active subscription you can read all previous issues of TCT Magazine.
Will you be doing an iPhone/Android app?
- We're working to bring our app to iPhone and Android, but it will take more time to optimize the experience for those platforms. Please vote on our straw poll below to let us know your preference.
