Exact details of the transaction have not been disclosed. What we do know is that the ToyTec team, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, will remain intact for the foreseeable future. From what we know, the ToyTec brand will be run as an independent operation so everyone who has enjoyed their products & services over the years have nothing to be concerned about.
DPI Off Road, originally started as Daystar Products, the most recent DPI Off Road acquisition was Nitro Gear and Axle last year. ToyTec joins Nitro Gear and 6 other brands as part of the growing portfolio for DPI.
What does this mean for the Toyota enthusiast industry? We think that ToyTec will be enhanced with a larger footprint of distributors and retail options, as well as additional great products from the other DPI Off Road Brands.
We have worked with Doug, Sarah, and the team at ToyTec Lifts and ToyTec 4x4 for over 13 years and we’re excited that they are moving on to this new chapter!
